Is there something wrong with me?

So I am a 13 yr old boy and I am really short. I am 4"10. Now my Dad is only 5"9 and my mom is 5"3. But all my moms brothers (she had no sisters) were 6" or over and all my dad's brothers are 6" or over and my dad's sisters are about 5"5-5"6. I saw a picture when my dad was 12 (in 1965) (and he was a year YOUNGER than me at the time!) and he was wayyyyyyy taller than me! Like i said I'm 4"10 and my dad was prolly 5"1-5"2 in the pic. That's (5"1-5"2) a average height for a 12 yr old boy. Everybody thinks im about 9 or 10 so I get dis included in things. And when i tell ppl stuff like "yea someone in my grade got suspended from school for having drugs" they think im lieing cause i look so young! Another thing.. when i say "about 10 yrs ago" they laugh cause they think over exaggerating because they think im about 9 or 10. I was hanging with my friends once and one of my friends parents i didn't no bent down and said "ohh who's this little one" and my friends start laughing because im usually the oldest one in the group! I HATE GETTING TREATED LIKE A LITTLE KID! I WANNA GET TREATED LIKE A REGULAR TEENAGER. LIKE ITS HARD FOR THEM TO BELIEVE IM GOING TO BE GETTING MY TEMPS IN 2 YRS!!!!!! ugg its so annoying! is there something wrong with me growth wise?
