Do you feel this officer was justified in punching this young woman in her face?

Personally, not really. However, I don't think he broke police protocol from what I saw. You can't treat a cop like a normal person, something that woman obviously wasn't taught. If you touch a cop in any abrasive manner, they're allowed to f*ck you up.
