Why is there such a double standard with ual harment?

I see women kissing that Ryan Seacrest guy when he does not expect it and maybe not even wanting it. Let him or some other guy try that. Let some guy wrap his arms around Paula Abdul or some other movie star or singer and plant a big kiss on their lips and see the horror, the anger, the slap in the face and possible lawsuit. Women touch men at work all the time but touch a woman when her hormones are imbalanced and the guy gets fired.
