Vodka in less than 10 seconds.?

Hey I just woke up but last night I drank only one wide but short gl of vodka filled to the top with very little OJ in it VERY LITTLE alot of vodka though but anyways I drank that down without stopping for air and this mourning I threw up and my kidneys are killing me im not big on drinking thats like the first really big / dumb thing ive done with drinks but I just wanted to know if I should go to the doctor cause my kidneys hurt so bad do you thing I messed them up big time or can they still recover also im 17 turning 18 next month if age helps at all thanks!
