Free AVG now with an "database is outdated"msg-help!!?

Help. I have been using Spyware Terminator and AVG Free for almost a year now. All of a sudden,tonight, I am getting the messages,"Database is outdated" for both the Anti Virus and Antispyware components of AVG. What should I do??
