How are spindle fibers formed during mitosis?

Micro-tubules of the cytoskeleton undergo dis-embly in preparation for ociation as mitotic spindle thru the inactivation of proteins that stabilize micro-tubules and the activation of proteins that destabilize these polymers. this whole process is initiated by the centrosome.
