If you get a judgement against a landlord can you go after the ets the landlord has in a ca .llc. or not?

It would be very unusual for a judge to allow this. Generally you have to use a collection agency for at least a year, and then further partition the courts to take other action. You can not seize anything with a court order specifying that you can. I have never heard of a CA judge allowing that for anything other then a mechanics lien, which renters are not entitled to.
