How do I run a sirius antenna wire in a 2005 altima?

I have a 2004 Saturn and mine antenna is above my rear window, the wire is hidden by the rubber molding of my window and goes into the trunk, from there it goes to my backseat where I have it hidden under the molding of my penger doors, then behind the carpet at the front of the car to the middle console where I have the radio. You don't see any wires except about 1 1/2 inches where it comes from the console to the radio.
