On Concerta 24 hours straight? (with 4 hours rest in between)?

I know this is not a good idea at all, but would it be particularly dangerous to take one 54 mg Concerta, sleep 4 hours after it wears off, then take another? or should there be more time in between. I should also mention by blood pressure on Concerta is around 100. Please just a straightforward answer.
