Hoover Dam? Best way to view it?

The best way to see the Hoover dam is by helicpoter but that is not the cheapest, I only go there if we are happening to p it on its way to the Grand Canyon by car this is probably the only way I would see it now. I did the tour many years ago and unless you are heavily into engineering you will fall asleep its really not worth it, seeing it form the car park yes tour no.
