Does anyone know a recipe for peking style pork chop?

The recipe given is not Peking Pork Chops. You need a commercial deep fryer. Use beaten egg whites with a little white pepper and deep fry. The sauce is made with Red food coloring and sugar. I don't have the exact ingredients but it is a sweet sauce. The egg whites give a different taste when deep fried. Many restaurants use plain bread crumbs because it's easier and adds bulk to the meat.
