Am i losing any weight?

dont count your calories. eat 5-6 small meals a day and make sure each meal consists of a protein and quality carb. eating too few (1200) calories a day will make your body think that its starving and your body will hold onto the fat as a result, no matter how much you exercise. dont eat fast food and stay away from sugary drinks, drink plenty of water
