If it is in your lease, then you agreed to it. Sewer is usually a % of water and that is a typo so not sure but that seems high. Usually a lease is what is legal and what is said doesn't count and won't hold up in court. That's why you read your lease. . .every word before you sign. . .and you ask questions. . .and if they tell you about $30. . .get it in writing. If you are going to dispute anything, do it in writing and send it return receipt so you have proof they received it. I would ask for an accounting of their charges and how they determine what they have charged you. I would read my lease first tho'.
